Fiber rod assemblies (only for TRC/TRE) - Intelligent problem solution through directed pretension

triflex® R fiber rod module Fiber rod module with TR.70.80 marked as example is TRC.F.70.1400.1.0 with TR.70.80
In some applications, a high degree of flexibility is not required. Fiber rods can be used to mount triflex® R in a fixed position to reduce torsion or create pre-tension through specific parts of the cable carrier to keep it out of work zones. Comes delivered as a pre-assembled unit:
  • Full or partial mounting possible
  • Selective pretension possible
  • Will not catch on the exterior of the robot and provides smooth movement of the Triflex R in extreme applications
  • Automatic repositioning of triflex® R in its initial position

Universal installation kit - np special hardware needed

The universal installation kit was designed to attach triflex® R to any robot without any special hardware. The kit includes:
  • One 90° stainless steel pipe
  • Two mounting brackets with elongated holes to attach the pipe to the robot
  • One double-layered, adjustable attachment with three triflex® R mounting brackets to secure the cable carrier to the kit
  • Allows for attachment of fiber rod assemblies in any given position, relative to the robotic arm
  • Avoids interfering contours and excess cable loops
  • Holds triflex® R close to the robotic arm
  • Quick and easy positioning adjustments
  • Customized attachments available
