Through the various custom parts services offered by igus, you can get parts with the exact specifications you need without sacrificing cost or performance. All of our custom parts services use high-performance iglide® polymers, offering dirt, dust and corrosion resistance, low wear rates, and maintenance-free operation. Best of all, there are no minimum order requirements, making our services ideal for small orders and prototyping.

Whether it’s custom gears, bearings, lead screw nuts, grippers, or a more complex component, the igus custom parts service has the answer. Custom injection molds can be used to create entire batches of identical custom components. Bar stock can be custom machined to your specifications, or ordered directly as solid round bars, hollow bars, and plates.

3D Printing Service

Our 3D-printing service uses powders and filaments that have been proven to last up to 50 times longer than standard 3D-printing materials inside moving applications. All igus® 3D printed wear parts are low-friction, maintenance-free and self-lubricating.

Bearing Designer (FastLine Service)

With the igus® FastLine service, you will receive customized injection-molded bearings, bushings and more in 10-12 business days. Apart from the immediate price indication, the iglide® plain bearing designer shows you the manufacturing costs of our other production methods as well.
