The topic of sustainability plays a significant part in many industries. It is therefore our duty to find sustainable solutions, as industry is the world's second-largest CO₂ emitter. When it comes to plastic recycling, our new material xirodur ECO B180 comes into play. It consists of raw materials that have already been used, such as sprue from injection molding production, and is processed back into plastic granulate in an in-house process. This way, instead of being disposed, plastic is given a new life. Finally, production via injection molding results in an ECO all-rounder in green with recycled inner and outer rings made of dyed xirodur® B180 and a cage made from recycled iglide® material.
